6. Try something new.

All of us have had to put off something we’ve wanted to try because it didn’t fit into our schedules.

Now may be the perfect time to take that Civil War history or pottery class, start that Olympic marathon training, or join the local curling club. (Well, okay, you’re lucky to be able to make your own choices—but just don’t underestimate the power of some mental and physical stretching.)
